Euro-Office comes in three forms. For most people it is the app on their own computer. If you use Nextcloud, you may already have it in your browser.
Euro-Office publishes its own installers, but they are not signed, so Windows and macOS warn you. Nextcloud builds the same code and signs it. The project recommends that build.

Euro-Office was started in March 2026 by European companies that want their own European office suite, independent of the big American tech companies. It continues (forks) ONLYOFFICE and is licensed under the open-source AGPL-3.0: anyone may read, use and improve the code.
There is no foundation or board yet. Until there is, the people who write the code decide. The project's official home is github.com/Euro-Office.
